  1. This brings back memories of childhood holidays spent in Drenthe, a province in the North of the Netherlands. There were lots of cornfields near my aunt's house. The photo speaks for itself, doesn't it?

  2. I was raised in farm country, it is my heritage. My father spent his life selling farm equipment. This drought affects not only farmers, their crops, and the survival of their family farms, it reaches out and affects all of us. The situation is dire, and frightening. Your photo says it all.
