  1. So many stores of a horrible war. I grew up in this era. I remember school mates that had just graduated coming home in a coffin. It was horrible to say the least.

May they all rest in eternal peace. 🙂

  2. I'm grateful for our freedom and we owe it to the fallen soldiers, the veterans and those who still serve. With grateful hearts we remember their ultimate sacrifice. We also remember the hurting families left behind.

    May they rest in peace.

  3. Is this a relative? My sister, 13 years older than me, graduated high school in 1965, and I remember her saying goodbye to friend after friend, men and women, and crying for the ones who were injured and the ones who died.

  4. Was Sgt. Ray someone you knew? We continue to pray for those who have and continue to fight for peace and freedom. Purrs and hugs from the kitties at The Cat on My Head, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
